The Role
As a Senior C++ Software Engineer, you will dive deep into modern C++ at the systems level, contributing to the architecture and development of ultra-high-performance infrastructure.
Key responsibilities include:
• Designing and building a high-performance database from the ground up to support massive data scales.
• Optimizing systems at the hardware level, including gaining hands-on experience with FPGA cards and low-latency tuning.
• Leading R&D projects in functional programming, utilizing languages such as Rust, Erlang, or custom-built alternatives.
• Developing infrastructure for machine learning and refining research models for peak real-world performance.
• Collaborating with elite engineers to maintain engineering excellence in a mission-critical, fault-tolerant environment.
