The Role
As a Language Agnostic Developer, you will focus on solving complex engineering problems using the most effective tools for the task, ensuring the firm's infrastructure remains scalable and performant.
Key responsibilities include:
• Building scalable, production-grade systems to support real-time trading and high-frequency analytics.
• Automating complex workflows to enhance the speed, reliability, and overall efficiency of the trading lifecycle.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including quants and traders to deliver solutions that drive measurable business impact.
• Optimizing system performance and ensuring the robustness of mission-critical back-testing and research platforms.
Requirements
• Education: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• Technical Skills: 1+ years of professional experience coding in Python, Java, C++, or another major programming language.
• Mindset: A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
